DP-16 Automatic paper cup machine （with gear driving）

The working principle of the paper cup machine is that a main motor drives the whole machine to realize the perfect integration of gear and cam structure.Now the machine uses a single aluminum disk instead of the previous three-disk machine, greatly reducing the failure rate of the machine and reducing the training time for the operators.The 3-16oz single/double PE coated paper cup can be made according to customer request.This is a fully automatic paper cup forming equipment, which can stably produce various paper cups of different specifications through continuous processes such as multi row automatic feeding, paper anti retreat device (ensuring accurate positioning), ultrasonic or copper bar welding, mechanical paper cylinder transfer, oil injection, bottom punching, bottom folding, preheating, embossing, and cup unloading. It is a paper cup equipment independently developed by our company that has undergone comprehensive technical improvement to improve the stability performance of the entire machine.
