A:We need information about your product. We need to know what answers to the following questions:

• What's products do you want to print?
• How many colors do you want to print?
• What's the max print size ( max image size)
• What's capacity do you request? If you can send some sample photo to us for reference，we will be
     easy to select suitable machine for you.

A:About 15-20 days for small machines and 30-40 days for large machines.（If there are more orders in the factory, it
may be extended）

• We have agent and techinician team in Indonesia, and every year we will go to Indonesia for
  after-sales return visit and support technical advice.
• The machine enjoy a lifelong service. We will provide free spare parts for the machine quality problem
  due to factory production within one year; for the problem due to human operation or over one year,
  we will provide the spare and charge for actualcost.
• We can provide a online after-sales serive, and contact by mail/wechat/whatsapp etc, or sent our
  after-sales team to factory according to acctual condition.

A:We are the factory that located at Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province.We are about 250km from Yiwu.We are about 300km
away from Ningbo.And we are about 500km from Shanghai.

A:We can produce machine as customer's requirement. Such as : customer need how many print unit , how many flash
cure unit(Dryer) and how many station(Pallets) ? We also can change the pallet's size according to customer require.
