The YTC-6600 napkin(tissue) flexographic printing production line is independently developed by our company after years of research. It adopts a central large drum and the printing material is supported by a large drum, greatly improving the color registration accuracy, especially for expandable materials. The full-color printing station is driven by a central drum, and due to less gear transmission, the transmission error is small and the registration accuracy is high. Using high-quality motors and frequency converters to save electricity and reduce operational fluctuations. It is a perfect combination of multi-color flexographic printing production line and napkin production line, while completing multi-color printing, multi-layer folding, tissue cutting and other production processes. Compared to traditional production processes, it significantly reduces production steps, saves production time, and thus improves output and printing accuracy.
